My wife and I went to Harrows in Melville to shop for a patio table. We walked around for about 15 minutes and none of the salespeople came up to us to offer help or assistance. What happened to customer assistance?
Horrible customer service. Didn't bother asking me or my mother if we needed any help or anything. And we were literally the only ones there. Maybe they're racist because they saw my moms headscarf and didn't want to bother themselves. Had to walk around the whole store ourselves figuring out the "sales" and prices. No wonder they're going out of business
2 salespeople at the showroom. We walked in and around by ourselves. No one asked us what we were looking for or if we had questions. Won't waste my time in there again.
Had an amazing selection of backyard furniture. Were very pleasant to deal with and made sure we got everything we needed, I dont know about the other reviews but staff was super friendly??? Delivered when they said they would and set the entire thing up for us. Would highly recommend.
I'm laying here looking for a hot tub, they have a couple on display and you can order other ones from them, the prices seem to be around average from the other stores in the area. A problem I did find was it was almost impossible to get someone to help you to discuss the hot tubs themselves. It seems there is only one person that works in the store that has any sort of knowledge on hot tubs and they weren't there so there was really no answers for me that day
